Monica is an experienced Central Ohio real estate professional with a deep understanding of the New Albany, Ohio real estate market and more than 18 years of experience in the corporate retail industry. As a member of The Raines Group | Real Estate Services, she specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with a focus on exceptional customer service, strategic marketing, home staging, communication & negotiation.

An Ohio native, Monica grew up in Dayton and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University, with a focus on marketing and statistics. She later lived in Boston for nearly a decade while earning her MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Her extensive corporate background helped her develop a strong understanding of customer experience, relationship building, marketing strategy and team leadership—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Monica has called New Albany home for more than 17 years with her husband, Ben, and their two children, Mason and Luke. Her firsthand knowledge of the community and surrounding Central Ohio neighborhoods gives her valuable insight when helping clients find the right home or strategically position a property for sale.

Outside of real estate, Monica enjoys traveling, concerts, working out at Orangetheory and spending time with family and friends.
