Hit The Ground Running

As founder and leader of The Raines Group, Sandy Raines began her real estate career in a top real estate company owned by her mother in Lansing, Michigan. Within a short time Sandy was named Rookie of the Year and became the top-producing agent, a status she sustained for 14 years.

In 1998, after marrying Ron Cadieux, Sandy relocated to Columbus determined to rebuild her successful real estate business from the ground up.

Together with Stephanie Masterson,Partner & Real Estate Consultant at The Raines Group, and Ron, Sandy developed The Raines Group into the dynamic team it is today; known for results, and trusted to help clients throughout the entire real estate process.

In 2022 Karla Ballenger, veteran Real Estate Consultant on our team for 18 years joined the leadership team as a partner. Her leadership, supportive mindset, and knowledge of the real estate industry will make a huge impact today and in the future.

Next-Level Excellence

In 1998, determined to duplicate her success and rebuild her business, Sandy and her daughter, Laura, moved to Central Ohio with Sandy's new husband, Ron Cadieux. He helped take operational excellence to another level. Sandy and her new assistant Stephanie Masterson, now the General Manager, hand-picked and developed a team of professionals to deliver superior service and results. With a clear vision, strategic business plan, and a systematic approach, The Raines Group's business quadrupled and was well on its way to even more extraordinary achievements.

Cementing A Legacy

Consistently closing between 350-450 real estate transactions each year, The Raines Group sets themselves apart by spending over one million dollars a year in marketing. As an additional bonus clients have access to a market preparation department for all their staging needs. The sales team is also supported by a full-time operations team of highly skilled professionals. As a plus over 60 percent of their business comes from repeat clientele and referrals from satisfied customers.

Ron Cadieux joined The Raines Group Leadership team in 2001 and was instrumental in our growth and development. He guided hundreds of families in Ohio through the real estate process.
