Born and raised in Ohio, Elia currently resides in Westerville and attended The Ohio State University where she majored in International Business and Psychology. Elia was licensed in real estate in her early 20’s in 1998 and is not only an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), but also has her New Home Construction Designation. Growing up, her family was heavily involved in the building and construction industry, which gives Elia enhanced experience and knowledge in new home construction.

Elia worked as an independent agent for just about 20 years before joining the team at The Raines Group. Her decision was motivated by the culture that comes along with teamwork. The level of professionalism and high-class leadership that comes along with being a member of The Raines Group team is a strong motivator for Elia.

Elia is a mother to two young men who are currently in college. In her free-time, Elia enjoys playing golf & tennis, traveling to many amazing places including Italy where she visits family, and spending time outdoors. Elia is a member of the Westerville Rotary, and enjoys giving back & being an active member of her community.

Angie was born in the vibrant city of Columbus, Ohio, and eventually settled in the charming town of Westerville, Ohio. She proudly graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993, earning her degree with a major in finance. In 1999, Angie became licensed in real estate and has since built a successful career specializing in both land and residential sales. It was impeccable timing that motivated her to join forces with Elia Hughes at The Raines Group, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey.
Angie and her husband Mike, who were married in 1993, are blessed with two wonderful adult sons. Now, as recent empty nesters, Angie finds great joy in traveling and attending concerts, relishing the freedom and new experiences that come with this stage of life. Despite their busy schedules, the family remains very close-knit and enjoys participating in various activities together, cherishing the special moments they share as a family.
