Emily is an Ohio native and Columbus resident for over 10 years. She attended the Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specializations in Real Estate, Urban Analysis, and Investment Finance. She joined The Raines Group in 2014, where she has had the opportunity to learn in several different roles.

As Director of Operations, her focus is to develop solutions that enhance the client experience. She loves the feeling of seeing a project through from start to finish, collaborating with others to implement new systems, and tackling challenges that arise in the ever-evolving Real Estate Industry.
