Katie Lichtfuss was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Columbus Academy before moving away for college. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a minor in Spanish from The College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina. From there she began her professional career in Denver, Colorado, but moved home to Columbus in 2015 to be close to family.
Katie has always had a strong interest in Real Estate (thanks in part to HGTV) and decided to make the career switch from Corporate Human Resources to Real Estate and get her Real Estate license in 2021. She is truly honored to be a Columbus native and knows there is no better place to live or call home.
Katie and her husband, Derek, live in New Albany with their two sons, Calvin and Lance. In her spare time she enjoys teaching Pure Barre, reading, traveling the world, spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Ohio State Buckeyes, and trying new recipes.
