Real Estate Consultant Position Summary
The Real Estate Consultant plays a crucial role in understanding and fulfilling clients’ real estate needs. This role involves prompt follow-up with leads and consistent nurturing of a pipeline of prospective clients in addition to the following key points:
- Consult with clients to identify and deliver on their real estate requirements.
- Quickly follow up on leads.
- Consistently build and maintain a pipeline of future clients.
- Driven and eager to engage with as many people as possible to identify customer needs and uncover potential deals.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of sales activities daily, including prospecting, negotiating, writing contracts, and closing sales.
- Enthusiastic about connecting with and understanding people.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Resourceful self-starter that is eager to talk to as many people as possible to see where customer needs can be met and sales can be uncovered
- Proven track record of owning your goals and consistently surpassing them
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Manage multiple sales/projects at once; to you it's invigorating
- Ability to use technology and automation to sell efficiently and effectively
- Build rapport with staff, contractors, customers, and prospects
- Work well independently while also being able to collaborate with other teams and leaders
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Proficiencies
Computer literate - familiar with Google Suite and willing to learn other application software
Experience in real estate or a proven track record of sales & retail experience
Organized, motivated, positive, works well independently and is team-oriented
Ohio real estate license
